Tracking
regulatory changes is a key component of maintaining environmental compliance.
The North Carolina Department of
Environment and Natural Resources (NCDENR) is the environmental regulatory
agency in North Carolina. In addition, a non-regulatory agency, the Division
of Pollution Prevention and Environmental Assistance, exists to aide
organizations in preventing pollution.
The resources below are provided to help companies stay up to date with
regulatory changes. If major regulatory changes are going to affect the
RTP area, Environment@RTP will often bring guest speakers to RTP to discuss
the issue. Check the News and Events section
of our website for upcoming speakers.
